Not as humid as NOLA.
Currently the dewpoint is in the 50s and the temp is 108 - 110 depending on the reporting area.  Car thermometer showed 113 about 2 hours ago.

I can handle Vegas' dry summer heat a lot better than the 100-degree plus humid temps we had last week in Minnesota.

Me too, don't like 110 but can handle much better than 110 and high humidity.

California has been cooking this week, very warm.  My area along the coast is not bad.  Today 81 degrees in a heatwave- very manageable. :)  However,  other than our weather, things stink here starting with our politicians.
Best Regards,
Lolly

No longer a dry heat now thru end of August.
Currently, 8:30 am, 93 with 33% humidity and a dewpoint of 60.  Similar to the high temperature in NOLA 2 weeks ago.

I'm getting uncomfortable just talking about it.  :)
