I didn't think I could either,  but tried them once at Mon Ami.  gette wanted to try them and ordered them and I had a good buzz going so i was willing to try them.  Fell in love immediately.   But it may be the garlic butter they were served swimming in more than the actual escargot.

I love butter, but I'm not huge into garlic, so that wouldn't attract me.

Although I'm 60 pounds overweight, I've never really been an adventurous eater, so I don't think there's enough alcohol anywhere to get me to try them! lol

Chuckling.......people say that I'm not a very adventuresome eater either.  But then I tell them that I ate a hot dog in the Hong Kong airport, and they usually reconsider.  If it walked or flew, I'll probably eat it.  If it swam or crawled I probably won't.
