Inactive LVAdvice Account Deletion Notice

Attention all inactive Las Vegas Advice ("LVAdvice.com") forum members:

If your account is inactive, it will be subject to being deleted on or after November 1, 2016.  This is being done in preparation for a software upgrade to the forum system.  For the purposes of this database maintenance, an "inactive account" shall consist of either of the following:

- Any account that has not been logged into in 2016.

- Any account with four (4) or fewer lifetime posts (anyone with a green "Qualifying" icon next to their name).


If you do not wish to have your LVAdvice.com account deleted, you must take the following action prior to November 1, 2016:

- Log into your account at http://www.LVAdvice.com/

- Ensure you have made at least five (5) posts in the lifetime of your account.  The number of posts from your account can be viewed on your profile summary page when you are logged in.


If you haven't visited the site in a while, now is an excellent time to make a return visit and see what we still have to offer!  We have daily posts in the Full Access Members section of the forum, and great Vegas discussion with very knowledgeable and friendly folks.

If you cannot remember your password, you may reset it on the following page:

Enter your username OR your registered e-mail address, do not check the "Ask me my question." box, and click "Send".  A link will be sent to your registered e-mail address to reset your password.


If you cannot remember your password, and do not have access to the e-mail address you originally registered with, you may create a new account at http://lvadvice.com/forum/index.php?action=register .

Got the warning email today. Thanks for not just kicking an old member out (even if I'm not as old as my friends who are still active members).

Thanks everyone.  No intention of kicking out anyone who wants to be here, but no point in carrying "dead weight" forward into the new forum software, either.

Obviously there's no rush here, and I'll send out one more announcement e-mail/post a week or so prior to deleting the inactive accounts, but I wanted to at least try to give ample warning to those who wanted to keep their accounts.
