I agree that should be a good thing. Probably be better for the customers. I still liked when the Marnell's ran Rio.

That is fantastic news.  The place will still have some class. I was thinking it would go downhill fast.

Hopefully the mailers will remain the same.  It's nice to see that they're not just cleaning house for the sake of doing so.
