ZOHO User names vs LVA User names

Because alot of people had to jump through hoops for ZOHO including creating new user names how about a topic of what your ZOHO name is versus your LVA name.  I know I made a mistake today regarding Sarah versus Sheri.

It would be helpful especially if we knew you as one person on LVA but you are coming in with a totally different name here.

For a while I was changed from "knagl" to "kknagl", but now I'm back to normal here and there.

I actually did get my user name at zulu. Actually it may be the only thing I was able to accomplish there. Although I may have to see if "jimmyjohnsonrules" is available?
