I taught my friend, Rachel, DW...she has hit 4 royals this year (2 at Harrah's in Vegas, 2 at our local casino...all on STP w/o multipliers)...I have retired from coaching.

Sounds like you need to teach me. I'm a bit stuck getting any higher up on the pay schedules lately.

Years back when we heard from friends they were going to Las Vegas we offered them a "casino night" at our house where we would explain the game of craps,and Blackjack.  By the time our daughter was about 7 she could "deal" craps.  Most people wanted to know and where to find the good deals and coupons, but I doubt they really did much with it... we tried..  Now we have casino's in our area and it's "old hat" for most, altho I am surprised at the number of "seasoned" gamblers who don't use players cards.. they they say.. "how come you get free meals, drinks, gift shop comp's etc.etc.?"  I can't stress enough to USE that players card so you will get your due.

I've been known to strike up a casual conversation when I spot a cardless player, explain how the cards work, etc, and than offer them the use of my card for "luck".  I always have at least two with me.

I have to say that I have learned alot from you guys over at LVA even though I had been going to Vegas since 92. Hell you guys were the ones that convinced me to try VP and I am glad!
