Usage will never be "back to normal" over there, unless they improve the MRB coupons.
Without match plays, and 50% off or BOGO buffets (so singles can use the coupon), to me there is not enough profit in the MRB to spend the $37.00.
I'm too frugal in Vegas to gain much, if anything, from non gaming coupons. Find dining discounts mean nothing, my budget for food is in the $25.00/day range max, and I seek, and usually succeed in reducing that to much less.
It is more expensive to replace a customer than to keep a customer. I'm not certain LVA feels that way.
For someone who was an advantage player & card counter, and acknowledges personally using hundreds of match play coupons in one day during his player days, his current position on match plays seems somewhat hypocritical.
JMHO, of course.
