These machines are so special that they also don't have Slot Card readers so that players can get the full "I'm a complete loser" experience!

Maybe more places like those in the CET group would need to have these machines as part of a charity campaign to help wipe out at least some (if not all) of their unfortunately (I think) several Billion Dollars of debt.
