Hello from Pittsburgh!
« on: April 09, 2015, 06:57:07 PM »
Will be at the MGM next Saturday the 18th!
This will be my 3time there in the last 18 months!

We love the crazy horse bar with all the keno machines!
We have done ok there!

Joined the forum to see if anyone else knows some good hot spots for the game we love.

I know the house edge! I say so what! I love the game and love to hit!
I haven't found a better place in vegas for keno than Crazy horse!

Welcome to the site!

:welcome:

What is it that you like about the Crazy Horse bar?  Is it the atmosphere, or that you've done well on the keno machines there?

I'm not much of a keno player.  Every once in a blue moon I'll toss a couple of bucks at it if I'm getting killed at video poker, usually five spots, depending on the payouts.

Well we are pretty big keno players!

So to find a place where you can actually win sometimes at is a plus!
We like the older keno machines in which they have.
The bartenders are also very good there and during slow times have chatted with a few.
If I recall right ?Tony is the name of one of them.
It's really wide open usually in the morning and into the afternoon. We can always find a machine.
Obviously it gets crowded at night but seem to always find a seat.

We will be there for seven days and 30 percent of the time will be at Crazy horse.

Heading to see La Reve and Mystere and have our annual trip to the Palm at Caesars.

Planning on heading downtown as well but really don't know where to go down there for decent keno.

Any replies would be welcome. Thinking about the Golden nugget first and then go from there.

I guess I can't speak to where might have the best keno payouts.  I know that you'll find video keno just about everywhere.

The Long Bar downstairs at the D has it, and I know they have a number of old-school coin-in, coin-out keno machines on the 2nd floor "Vintage Vegas" casino.  They have some old IGT machines that use the light pens to mark your spots, and also have some old Bally Game Maker keno machines, too.
