Plaza to sell off former Las Vegas Club sports memorabilia

It's neat that they're going to display the stuff, and I guess it's theirs to sell, but I still kind of wish they'd preserve it instead.

The article states it will be open 3PM-11PM all week. I hope they don't mean just one week. I'd like to stop by on my trip in a couple weeks and take a look.

I'd throw down $25 for something cool :)

I haven't followed Vegas goings on for a while,   but Vegas club is closed?   Completely?   Last time I was there,   it may as well have been
so those of us who want to bitch, are going to bitch.  and those who want to bitch about the bitching are going to bitch about the bitching.

Yes, it closed about 2 months ago. Derek Stevens (owner of the D) bought the property, but not naming rights.

Here's an article from the LVRJ with about the same amount of info (although there's also a picture, ooh!) -- it's not clear how long the pop-up art gallery will last.
