This is really a load of crap.  Put a new employee on games .....on a weekend...no training.  

They were the cheapest I thought of all of the companies with their gifts too.  One woman employee didn't like the carpeting and he said something about that changing....yeah,ha-ha.  Hey ace, it is designed to be distracting !  

He told his two kids 13 and 15 about giving back to the community.  Starting Mondays they will put in time at seniors home. A jerk for sure.

Don't forget about when he told the family they will be staying in regular hotels on their future trips....no more luxury!  The Mrs did not like that at all!!
