Vegas for Thanksgiving
« on: October 16, 2011, 12:43:56 AM »
I'm new to this forum.  I have been going to Vegas for the past 18 years and can't get enough of it.  This will only be the second time my hubby is going with me; celebrating his Bday.  I have never been during November, so not sure what to expect.

Welcome to the site!

:welcome:

We're going in November, too, although we'll be back home before Thanksgiving.  I'm sure that some of the casinos will be putting on a full Thanksgiving dinner spread.

We've been in October and December before -- not sure if we've done November, though.  I really like all of the Christmas decorations up in December -- I'm half hoping that some of them might be up in November, although that might be wishful thinking.

A quick check of Bellagio's website says that the conservatory will be on "Fall Harvest" through November 26th.

Anyway, welcome to the site -- we're glad to have you here!

Well we went once for thanksgiving. Everything was fine did not seem any busier than usual. We were at MSS. We ate at the 777 Brew Pub. They had a really good turkey dinner with all the usual things and pumpkin pie for desert. The only thing was airfare did run a bit high. But we wanted to try it out once. Now go in early Nov. Still plenty of shows to see.

I ate thanksgiving dinner at 777 a few years ago also.  Karen and some guys were also there.  Only 1 of us ordered the turkey dinner.  think there are better places if looking for traditional meal but we had a good time.
