Interesting.  I remember reading about this a while back.  Very interesting that they got the search thrown out.  It was dirty pool by the FBI, but I agree with the comment in the article that says that there isn't a constitutional right to DSL -- the people didn't have to allow the "repair men" inside.

I thought the DSL line was too cute.  "charged with operating an illegal sports betting business in the Asian gambling hub of Macau." is not exactly a capitol crime either.  :P  Seems a little ironic doesn't it ?
