In Las Vegas you only find the full pay version at Boulder Station, Fiesta Henderson, Plaza and Santa Fe Station. A 99.3% version can be found at El Cortez, MSS and South Point, maybe at Cromwell (where you will probably need a bazillion coin in to get 1 reward point).
